Full ADHD Assessment
Comprehensive clinical diagnosis
A thorough 2–3 hour assessment with a specialist psychiatrist, covering your full history and symptoms. Includes a detailed diagnostic report. Results within 2–4 weeks.

Psychological Assessment
For complex presentations
A 90-minute assessment with a clinical psychologist for complex presentations, including co-occurring conditions alongside ADHD.

A 30-minute appointment for people who already have an ADHD diagnosis from the NHS or another provider. We'll review your existing documentation and take over your ongoing care — medication, reviews, and support.

Starting ADHD Medication
First titration appointment
If you've been assessed and ADHD medication is clinically recommended, this 40-minute appointment with a specialist psychiatrist establishes the right medication and starting dose for you. Includes psychological and physical health checks, and a prescription if suitable.

Ongoing treatment
Continued Care & Support
Once diagnosed, we're with you for the long term. Regular check-ins, medication management, and therapeutic support — all on your schedule.
Medication Follow-up
Regular prescription review
A 30-minute review with a specialist prescriber to check how your medication is working and make any adjustments needed. Your updated prescription is issued at the end of the appointment, with home delivery available.

ADHD Annual Review
Yearly check-in (required for prescriptions)
A 30–45 minute annual appointment required to continue ADHD medication prescriptions. We'll review the effectiveness of your current treatment plan, any life changes, and update your medication prescription for the year ahead.

Psychological Therapy
ADHD-focused therapy and CBT
Ongoing therapy with one of our clinical psychologists, tailored specifically to ADHD. Sessions address emotional regulation, self-awareness, executive function, relationships, and self-esteem — building a life that works with your neurodivergence.
