Starting ADHD Medication
First titration appointment
If you've been assessed and ADHD medication is clinically recommended, this 40-minute appointment with a specialist psychiatrist establishes the right medication and starting dose for you. Includes psychological and physical health checks, and a prescription if suitable.

Ongoing treatment
Continued care & support

A 30-minute review with a specialist prescriber to check how your medication is working and make any adjustments needed. Your updated prescription is issued at the end of the appointment, with home delivery available.

ADHD Annual Review
Yearly check-in (required for prescriptions)

Alongside this, monthly prescription costs are typically around £80, depending on the medication and dosage. For most people, titration involves approximately five prescriptions, bringing the total medication cost during this phase to around £400.
