If any of the symptoms listed above continually disrupt your life, you can make an appointment with one of our clinicians about whether you might have ADHD. You may first wish to take our free online test, which will determine whether your symptoms are consistent with ADHD.

Most online appointments can be booked quickly, depending on the type of consultation. We usually provide an online appointment within 1-6 weeks, depending on the requested date/time.

This varies for each patient and consultation but there are many things that are typical.
You will be asked to complete some questionnaires, including a patient history form, so we have the most up-to-date information. You may also be asked to have other people, such as your GP, to provide information about you.
In the appointment, you will discuss your initial concerns with a clinician and come to a shared understanding of what may be causing the issues. You'll then agree a treatment plan. This may involve prescribing medication or psychological therapy with one of our doctors. Follow-up sessions will be arranged as required.
A report/letter will be written outlining the content of the appointment. This will include a clinical conclusion and a plan going forward.
We may also ask for feedback at various points. We measure our success by patient results and feedback so that we can continually improve our practice.
Our aim is for the process to be comfortable and easy. You will be fully informed throughout and in control of any decisions.

We publish prices for all our services.

An ADHD assessment process can start with a short 30 minute video conversation and may develop into a full 3 hour consultation.
The typical full assessment process includes:
A discussion to understand your problems, how long the issues have been present and what your strengths are.
Obtaining feedback from a present-day and childhood informant in order to get an idea of what you are/were like from others' perspective.
Obtaining more information about you from questionnaire based assessments
We may also look at school reports, work reports, or other psychological assessments' evaluations that you can provide.
Consultations typically last between 2-3 hours.
All assessments are conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner by a qualified clinician who is experienced in ADHD assessment.

Our treatments include ADHD medication, psychological therapy and ongoing management support.
After a full assessment with a clinician, they will advise on the recommended treatment plan specifically for you.
-
Although medication treatment is a very effective treatment approach for many patients with a diagnosis of ADHD, it is by far not the only one. We consider each assessment outcome individually and we are able to offer a variety of treatment approaches, including medication and psychological therapy. Your clinician will discuss a tailored management approach with you that aims to be the best fit for the difficulties you experience and your treatment preferences.
If you are prescribed medication, prescriptions can be sent to your home address or direct to a pharmacy.
