Dr Laura Wade

Dr Laura Wade, a Principal Clinical Psychologist, qualified in 2017 and currently serves as the lead psychologist for the Adult ADHD Service at the AWP Mental Health NHS Partnership Trust. Previously, she was the lead psychologist for the Oxfordshire ADHD Service.
Dr Wade is deeply invested in advancing knowledge and practice related to ADHD. Her interests include neurodevelopmental service development, understanding the lived experiences of individuals with ADHD, and psychometric assessment of this condition.
She has supervised MSc research projects for the University of Bristol's Neuropsychology Master's program and has taught on MSc and DClinPsych courses at the Universities of Exeter and Bath. Additionally, she supervises trainee and qualified psychologists and psychotherapists specialising in adult ADHD.
Dr. Wade is highly skilled in cognitive-behavioural therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy. She has a particular interest in trauma and neuropsychology.
In her moments of free time, outside of raising a young daughter, she likes street dancing, baking and exploring science-fiction.
